Intro Deck:

With the ridiculously chic Italian Instagram elite, it's no surprise Milan Fashion Week is a favourite city for our street style radar.

We’re onto the next leg of fashion month as we hit Milan and all eyes are on the showgoers and their street style looks. The chicest of all cities, in Milan everyone tends to really dress up as they head to watch some of the biggest fashion shows in the world, including Gucci, Prada and Dolce & Gabbana.

Milan saw a whole rainbow of brightly coloured clothing and bare legs as the street stylers opt for stand-out dresses and wrap skirts – always asymmetric and printed in the best silks.

High heels are taking the lead as everyone elevates their looks. From strappy sandals with tailored trousers to sock boots under dresses, the higher the better. Trainers have really taken a back seat this season, comfort is officially out the window.

We’re also really into all the hands-free bags. Gucci’s bumbag is a firm favourite with the showgoers, as is the Prada velvet  bumbag. We also even spotted a few DIY jobs as street stylers strapped their handbags around their waists.

And, of course, we saw A LOT of Gucci. Wednesday’s show meant all of our favourite FROWers were dressed head-to-toe in some of Alessandro Michele’s best creations, even those not lucky enough to be in a full length made sure to accessorise appropriately.
